Cactus ChaCha Registration

Registration Information
There are 4 ways to enter The Cactus ChaCha:
1. Request brochure/application (623-535-0860), fill out and mail in.
2. Print application below, fill out and mail in.
3. Bring completed application or fill one out on race morning.
4. Apply online at Active.com until October 8, 2008.

We encourage all participants to register by September 30, 2008.

Fees
Mini ChaCha (3 mile) $20.
Full ChaCha (7 mile) $25.

Entrants who register after September 30, 2008, will be required to pay an additional $6./vehicle park fee, payable at the park entrance on race day. Only athletes registered before September 30, 2008 will have their $6./vehicle park fee waived. Only athletes registered before September 30, 2008 will be guaranteed T-Shirts and goodie bags. For those who register after September 30, 2008, T-Shirts and goodie bags will be allocated as supplies last.

In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, or my administrators waive any and all rights and claims for damages or personal injury I have against race director, staff, volunteers, sponsors, White Tank Mountain Regional Park and Maricopa County. I accept the responsibility for myself or the above mentioned applicant and I understand there is an assumed risk of injury or death in participating in this event. No switching races. No refunds or transfers.

I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, emails, or any other record of this event. I agree to return my timing device after the race or will be assessed the $70. replacement cost.
